Mazira mu msuzi wa mpiru:
- 3 Chidutswa mazira
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Maluwa
- 400 ml Msuzi wowoneka bwino (supuni 2 zamasamba nthawi yomweyo)
- 125 ml Kuphika zonona
- 1 tbsp Mbeu yapakatikati yotentha
- 1 tbsp Mbeu ya mpiru
- 2 zinsinsi zazikulu Mchere wowawa kwambiri wochokera pamphero
- 2 zinsinsi zazikulu Tsabola wamitundumitundu wochokera kumphero
- 2 zinsinsi zazikulu shuga
- 2 splashes wamphamvu Madzi a mandimu
- 2 tbsp Chives rolls TK
Katatu:
- 500 g Mbatata (matatu)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric
Beetroot wotsekemera ndi wowawasa: (Kwa anthu atatu / kutengera maphikidwe ochokera ku Cuba)
- 500 g Beetroot yophika
- 100 g 1 Anyezi
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Shuga wofiirira
- 2 tbsp Viniga wopepuka wa mpunga
- 2 tsp Tapioca wowuma
- 2 zinsinsi zazikulu Mchere wowawa kwambiri wochokera pamphero
- 2 zinsinsi zazikulu Tsabola wamitundumitundu wochokera kumphero
- 200 ml Madzi a Beetroot (madzi + madzi)
Kutumikira:
- 2 ½ mpesa phwetekere zokongoletsa
- Mchere wowawa kwambiri wochokera pamphero

Mazira mu msuzi wa mpiru:
- Wiritsani mazira (3 zidutswa) mwamphamvu, kuzimitsa ndi peel ndi theka kutumikira. Kutenthetsa batala (2 tbsp) mu poto wosaya, kuwaza ufa (2 tbsp), kutentha mkati ndikuyambitsa nthawi zonse ndipo pang'onopang'ono deglaze / kutsanulira mu msuzi womveka bwino (400 ml). Onjezani / kuyambitsa kirimu wophika (125 ml) ndi mpiru (supuni 1 sing'anga yotentha / supuni 1 ya tirigu) ndi kusakaniza ndi mchere wambiri wa m'nyanja (2 pinch), tsabola wachikuda (2 pinch), shuga. (2 mapini akulu) ndi mandimu (2 splashes amphamvu). Lolani zonse ziume kwa mphindi 6-8. Muziganiza nthawi ndi nthawi. Pomaliza onjezani / pindani mu masikono odulidwa a nsomba (2 tbsp mazira).
Katatu:

Thirani batala (2 tbsp) mu saucepan, onjezerani nthenga za anyezi ndi kusonkhezera mwamphamvu. Thirani vinyo wosasa wokonzeka ndikuphika kwa mphindi 2 - 3, oyambitsa. Viniga Thirani anyezi osakaniza pa beetroot ndikusakaniza zonse mosamala.
Kutumikira:
- Gawani katatu pa mbale ziwiri. Onjezani msuzi wa mpiru, ikani mazira 2 theka pa aliyense ndikutumikira zokongoletsedwa ndi theka la phwetekere. Kutumikira ndi saladi beetroot, okoma ndi wowawasa. Ngati ndi kotheka, onjezerani mbale (zatatu ndi mazira odulidwa) ndi mchere wochuluka wa m'nyanja kuchokera pamphero.
