- Tsukani babu la fennel ndikudula phesi. Kenako dulani mizere yabwino kapena gwiritsani ntchito chodulira masamba pamalo abwino. Peel anyezi ndi adyo ndikudula anyezi wokha.
- Thirani mafuta a mpendadzuwa mumtsuko woyenerera ndipo thukuta masambawo mwachidule. Thirani ndi vinyo ndikusiya kuchepetsa pang'ono. Ndiye kutsanulira mu masamba katundu ndi kuphika masamba mpaka zofewa pa sing'anga kutentha.
- Pakalipano, kabati 2/3 ya tchizi (ndinali ndi Appenzeller wofatsa) ndikudula ena onse mu cubes ang'onoang'ono ndikuyika pambali.
