- 300 g Ng'ombe fillet

- 1 tsp Yellow curry ufa
- 100 ml Mkaka wa kokonati woonda
malangizo
- Muzimutsuka nyama ndi madzi ozizira, pat youma. Choyamba mu magawo, ndiye kudula mu n'kupanga. Peel adyo ndi kuwaza pafupifupi. Tsabola wa Chili adayikidwa mu mafuta a azitona (osatentha kwambiri), kuwaza.
- Sakanizani ufa ndi mazira. Kukhetsa chimanga, pindani mkati. Nyengo ndi mchere, tsabola ndi nutmeg. Kutenthetsa 2 supuni ya mafuta mu poto lalikulu. Onjezani pafupifupi. Supuni 1-2 za batter ku poto, kuchokera mbali zonse pafupifupi. Fry kwa mphindi 4. Pitirizani mpaka pafupifupi 8 buffers yokazinga, khalani otentha.
- Chotsani shallot, pafupifupi dice. Sambani sipinachi, sapota mouma. Sauté shallot mu batala, kuwonjezera sipinachi, kulola kugwa. Nyengo ndi mchere, tsabola ndi nutmeg.
- Sakanizani ng'ombe yamphongo mu mafuta otsala (supuni imodzi ya mafuta) mu poto kwa mphindi imodzi, chotsani nthawi yomweyo (nyama iyenera kukhala pinki mkati). Mwachidule kuwotcha adyo, chilli ndi curry mu mafuta okazinga, sungani mkaka wa kokonati. Lolani msuziwo uzizire. Onjezani nyama, siyani kuyimirira kwa mphindi ziwiri. Kutumikira ndi chimanga fritters ndi sipinachi.
