- 0,5 tsp Mafuta a Sesame
- 1 tbsp Mafuta ophika
- 1 tsp Madzi a makangaza
- Salt
Za mpunga.
- 150 g Mpunga wa Basmati
- 300 ml Water
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 PC. Layimu
- 40 g Mtedza wokazinga
- 0,5 tsp Mbeu za Cardamom
