- Sambani zitsamba, gwedezani bwino zouma ndikuyika mu blender (kapena blender) ndi kirimu wowawasa (500 g), kirimu wowawasa (250 g), mazira awiri owiritsa, vinyo wosasa (1 tbsp), mafuta a azitona (1 g). Supuni 1), mpiru (½ supuni ya tiyi), mchere (½ supuni ya tiyi), tsabola ( uzitsine) ndi zest wa mandimu kusakaniza bwino.
Jacket mbatata:
- Sambani mbatata, kuphika m'madzi amchere (supuni imodzi) kwa mphindi pafupifupi 1, kukhetsa ndikuchotsa.
Mazira:
- Wiritsani mazira mwamphamvu, kuzimitsa, kuwapukuta ndi kuwadula pakati.
Kutumikira:
