- 1 Anyezi Wofiyira
- 1 apulo
- 3 Kuzifutsa nkhaka
- 3 Malangizo Black Forest nyama
- Madzi theka ndimu
- 300 g Kusungidwa kwa Beetroot kukhetsedwa
- 1 tbsp Katsabola wozizira
- 1 tbsp Wozizira parsley
Zosakaniza za saladi:
- 150 g Yoghur yachilengedwe
- 100 g Kirimu wowawasa
- 4 tbsp Cremefine kuphika
- 3 tbsp Saladi kirimu
- 1 tbsp Orange basamu viniga
- 2 tbsp Mafuta a masamba
- 1 tsp Orange mpiru
- 1 tsp Msuzi wa Worcester
- 1,5 tsp Maple manyuchi
Zonunkhira:
- Mchere, tsabola wachikuda kuchokera kumphero
- 1 tsp Tsabola wa Orange

- Peel ndi kudula mbatata ndikuyika mu mbale ya saladi. Peel anyezi, peel apulo ndikudula pakati. Dulani anyezi, apulo, nkhaka ndi ham. Onjezerani zonse ku mbatata ndikutsanulira apulo ndi madzi a mandimu. Pomaliza, dulani beetroot mu magawo ndikuwonjezera ku saladi ngati zitsamba. Sakanizani zonse bwino kamodzi.
- Pazovala za saladi, sakanizani yogurt, kirimu wowawasa, cremefine, kirimu cha saladi, viniga, mafuta, mpiru, msuzi wa Worchester ndi madzi a mapulo.
