- 250 g Chipatso cha Nyanja
- Parmesan watsopano wothira
- 250 g Pasitala mwasankha

- Peel shallots ndi adyo. Dulani shallots mu wedges woonda ndi kabati adyo. Sambani tomato, chotsani phesi ndi kudula mu magawo.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta a azitona mu poto, kuwotcha shallots mmenemo ndikuwotcha phala la phwetekere. Kenaka yikani tomato ndi adyo ndi mphodza kwa mphindi zisanu. Ndiye deglaze ndi vinyo woyera. Onjezerani masamba a bay, zipatso za juniper, ndi coriander.
- Nyengo ndi shuga, viniga wosasa, mchere wothira, tsabola wa adyo ndi simmer kwa mphindi 10. Kuphika pasitala pambali!
- Onjezerani fenugreek ndi zitsamba ku msuzi ndi nyengo ndi tsabola ndi allspice
- Onjezani Frutti di Mare ndikuyimirira mu msuzi kwa mphindi zisanu! Chotsani pasitala ndikuwonjezera madzi a pasitala ku msuzi. Pindani pasitala mu msuzi ndikutumikira ndi Parmesan!
