- Pakali pano, tenthetsa mafuta a azitona mumphika waukulu. Wiritsani zukini kwa mphindi 5. Onjezani adyo ndikuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri.
- Onjezani mkaka, madzi ndi zokometsera msuzi ndikubweretsa kwa chithupsa. Sakanizani tchizi pamoto wochepa. Msuzi sayeneranso kuwira. Nyengo kuti mulawe ndi mchere, tsabola ndipo mwina chilli.
