- Kutenthetsa mafuta a azitona mu poto, mwachangu fillet ya chifuwa cha nkhuku mmenemo. Onjezerani shallot ndi kaloti ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi ziwiri. Deglaze ndi nkhuku katundu ndi kirimu kuwira. Lolani chivindikiro chiyimire kwa mphindi 2.
