Kwa yogurt:
- 300 g Yoghur yachilengedwe
- 300 g Mkaka
- 0,5 Anyezi wofiira
- 1 -2 Tsabola wobiriwira
- 1 tbsp Mwatsopano akanadulidwa timbewu
- Tsabola wamchere
Kwa mkate:
- 500 g Unga wa ngano 1050
- 1 tsp Salt
- 270 ml Water
- 270 ml mafuta
Zamasamba
- 500 g Kaloti kutsukidwa
- 500 g Mbatata zopukutira
- 3 - 4 tbsp mafuta
- 2 tsp Mbeu za Chitowe
- 2 thumb ginger wodula bwino
- 2 -3 Tsabola wobiriwira
- 150 ml Water
- Salt
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Mango ufa
- 3 tbsp Coriander therere akanadulidwa

Yogurt:
- Choyamba timachita ndi yogurt, kotero izo zikhoza kudutsa mwamtendere.
- Sakanizani yogurt ndi mkaka pang'ono mpaka ifike kugwirizana komwe mukufuna.
- Dulani theka la anyezi wofiira mu ma cubes abwino, ikani chilli mu mphete zabwino ndi pindani mu yogurt pamodzi ndi timbewu todulidwa. Nyengo kulawa ndi mchere ndi tsabola.
- Ikani yogurt pambali ndikusiya kuti ikhale yotsika.
Mkate / Paratha:
- Kenako timasamalira mtanda wa mkate / paratha.
- Kuti muchite izi, sakanizani ufa, mchere ndi madzi ndikuukanda mu mtanda wosalala, wosamata. Ikani pambali, yophimbidwa.
Tsopano tifika kwa wosewera wamkulu:
- Peel mbatata, konzani kaloti. Ayenera kulemera 500 g aliyense. Dulani zonse mu zidutswa zoluma.
- Ginger amapukutidwa ndikudulidwa mu cubes zabwino kwambiri, tsabola wodulidwa mu mphete zabwino.

- Onjezani ginger ndi chilli ndi mwachangu mpaka ginger lisamvekenso yaiwisi.
- Onjezerani mbatata ndi kaloti, komanso 1.5 supuni ya tiyi ya mchere ndi madzi ndikusakaniza bwino. Bweretsani kwa chithupsa.
- Tsekani chophika chokakamiza, ikani valavu kuti ikhale yochepa ndikuphika masamba pamoto wochepa mpaka wapakati kwa mphindi 6-7. Njira yophikira imawerengedwa mwamsanga pamene valve imakwezedwa. - Kutumikira kulikonse kumakulungidwa mu keke yathyathyathya, kutsukidwa ndi mafuta ndikukulungidwa. Soseji iyi imapindidwa kukhala nkhono ndikuyika pambali.
- Lolani poto itenthe.
Chidutswa chilichonse cha ufa chimakonzedwa motere:
- Choyamba finyani piebald pakati pa zala zanu ndi zikhato zanu ndikukulitsa.
- Tembenuzani ufa ndikutulutsa.
- Tsopano mwachangu paratha mbali zonse mu poto pa sing'anga kutentha.
- Pamene paratha imodzi ikuphika, wina akhoza kukonzekera yotsatira.
- Sungani mikate yafulati yotentha mu chopukutira choyera cha tiyi.
