- Kufotokozera batala
- 600 ml Msuzi wa masamba
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- Tsabola wakuda kuchokera kumphero
- Mchere wa selari

- Alekanitse kohlrabi ku masamba ndi kudula achinyamata amadyera mu mizere yabwino.
- Peel kohlrabi ndikudula ma cubes ang'onoang'ono.
- Peel kaloti, kudula pakati ndi kudula mu cubes.
- Peel ndi kudula bwino anyezi.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta anyama mu poto ndikuphika anyezi bwino, kenaka yikani masamba odulidwa ndi "masamba ang'onoang'ono" ndi thukuta lalifupi kwambiri ndikuwotcha ndi masamba otentha. Tsopano onjezerani tsabola ndi mchere pang'ono ndikuphika pamoto wochepa kwa mphindi 15 mpaka masamba ali ofewa, ayenera kukhala ndi kuluma pang'ono.
- Pakalipano, sungani mbeu za sesame mosamala mu poto popanda mafuta. (Chenjezo !!!! ... Sesame imayaka mwachangu kenako imakhala yowawa, choncho musatenthe kwambiri). Lolani kuziziritsa pang'ono.
- Tsopano muzimutsuka chives mwachangu ndikudula mipukutu yabwino.
- Wiritsaninso msuzi kuti mulawe.
- Ikani mu kapu ya supu ndikuwaza chives ndi nthanga za sitsame ..... sangalalani ndi chakudya chanu .....
