- Pendani kaloti ndi peeler, perani ndi masamba a maluwa scraper / peeler 2 pa tsamba limodzi lokongoletsa ndikudula maluwa okongoletsa a karoti (kukhuthala kwa 1 - 3 mm) ndi mpeni. Peel ndi kuwadula bwino ginger. Peel kohlrabi ndikudula timitengo tating'ono kapena timitengo. Wiritsani masamba (maluwa a kaloti, ginger wodula bwino ndi magawo a kohlrabi) m'madzi amchere (supuni imodzi) kwa mphindi 4-1. Kukhetsa mu sieve yakukhitchini ndikusonkhanitsa madzi ophikira. Kutenthetsa batala (8 tbsp) mu saucepan, kuwonjezera ufa (10 tbsp) (kuwotcha mu!) Ndipo deglaze ndi anasonkhanitsa masamba katundu. Nyengo ndi mchere (½ supuni ya tiyi), tsabola (1 uzitsine), shuga (1 uzitsine) ndi wotsekemera soya msuzi (1 tbsp). Sakanizani mkaka kapena zonona zophika ndikuwonjezera masamba. Pomaliza, pindani mu parsley ndikuwotha mpaka mutatumikiridwa.
