- 2 Pc Oragen ndi peel ya mandimu
- 1 Pc Msuzi wa tomato cubes
Zamasamba :
- 3 Pc Mapesi a udzu winawake ndi masamba mu cubes
- 300 g Nyemba zobiriwira zimadulidwa pakati
- 300 g Knirps Kübis mu cubes
- 1 Pc Tsabola wachikasu mu cubes
- 1 Pc Chitini cha chimanga
- 1 Pc Mtedza wokazinga

The ragout:
