Kukonzekera
- Parry m'chiuno (kudula tendons / mafuta) ndikusamba. Kenako kudula mu zidutswa 3cm wandiweyani. Nyengo zonse ndi tsabola, mchere ndi paprika. Mulole izo zipume tsopano. Tsopano mukhoza kutentha uvuni ku madigiri 180. Pafupifupi. 1 lita imodzi yamadzi tsopano ikhoza kukonzedwa (kwa Brussels zikumera)
Brussels zikumera
- Yeretsani pafupifupi. 500g thumba la Brussels zikumera (phesi ndi akale masamba) ndi simmer mu 1 lita imodzi ya madzi mchere. (pafupifupi 10min) Timakonzekeranso poto!
Pitirizani + croquettes!
- Mphukira za Brussels zimamera. Uvuni ndi wofunda ... kotero ikani makoswe pa thireyi.
Chomaliza - m'chiuno
- Ikani batala (150g) mu poto ndikuwonjezera osachepera 2-3 a Charlotten (odulidwa)! Musaiwale adyo clove akanadulidwa. Sakanizani zonse palimodzi ndikuzisiya ... Kenako yikani batala mu poto kachiwiri! Ndipo pamene kutentha kuli bwino, kuwonjezera nyama! Kuonjezera apo, pali mitundu iwiri ya browned. Mwachangu zonse palimodzi mwachidule! Kutengera ndi tani, chotsani nyama! Mu otsala anyezi wowotcha timawonjezera sliced Charlotte No. 4 ndi adyo clove 2 (odulidwa), kirimu ndi creme fraiche pang'ono! Nyengo zonse kuti mulawe ndi zokometsera zomwe ndimakonda (ndimagwiritsa ntchito zitsamba 8 zochokera ku Fr_sta) ndikuphika mofatsa. Pamene msuzi wabwino wotsekemera umapangidwa, umaperekedwa kapena nyama imawonjezeredwa. Momwe mungakonde 🙂
