- 300 g Nsalu ya Salmon
- 1 tsp mafuta

- Sakanizani quark, mkaka, mpiru, 1 tbsp madzi a mandimu, adyo, mchere, tsabola, mchere wothira, tsabola wa garip ndi nutmeg ndikuyika pa salimoni ya kolifulawa. Pomaliza, tsanulirani tchizi chamapiri pamwamba pake.
