- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 PC. Zipatso zokomera
- 1 PC. Layimu
- 1 PC. lalanje
- 100 g Zowawa couverture
- 1 onaninso Chilli flakes

- Sakanizani ufa, shuga, mazira, mkaka ndi kuphika ufa mu pancake amamenya.
- Pewani mango, kusiya 6 wedges zabwino, kuwaza ena onse, puree ndi kokonati flakes, kokonati mkaka ndi wowawasa kirimu ndi refrigerate.
- Dulani timbewu tonunkhira, onjezerani theka lake ku chitumbuwa cha pancake. Sakanizani theka lina ndi rocket yodulidwa, walnuts wosweka ndi uchi kuti mupange pesto.
