- 1 Msuzi wa thyme
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 onaninso Tsabola
- 200 g Nyemba zofiira
- 2 Anyezi a masika
- 2 tomato
- 1 gulu Arugula
- 8 tbsp Mafuta a azitona
- 3 tbsp viniga
- 1 tsp Msuwa
- 1 splash Crema di Balsamico
- 1 tbsp Phala la azitona wakuda
malangizo
- Phulani nyama yankhumba ndikukulunga tchizi mmenemo. Mwachangu mu poto ndi mafuta ndi thyme. Onjezerani uchi ndi glaze mmenemo. Nyengo ndi tsabola.
- Kuphika mphodza molingana ndi malangizo a phukusi, malingana ndi zosiyanasiyana. Mukatha kuwira, tsitsani madzi ndikuyika mphodza pamalo ozizira.
- Dulani kasupe anyezi mu mphete. Sambani tomato ndikudula mu cubes. Tsukani ndi kutsuka roketi ndi kupota ziume kachiwiri.
- Pangani vinaigrette kuchokera ku viniga, mpiru, mchere, tsabola, shuga ndi mafuta. Gwiritsani ntchito kusakaniza mphodza ndikuwonjezera masamba. Konzani mbuzi tchizi pamwamba. Kokongoletsa ndi crema di balsamic viniga ndi phala la azitona.
