Mbatata za jekete: (Kwa anthu 2!)
- 400 g Katatu (mbatata zazing'ono, waxy / zidutswa 10)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric
- 1 tsp Mbeu zonse za caraway
Kutumikira:
- 2 Chidutswa Radishi ndi nsonga za basil zokongoletsa

Zosakaniza zonse (herring fillet cubes, nkhaka cubes, maapulo cubes, beet cubes, anyezi cubes, wofiira tsabola cubes, 3 tbsp Tatarska omacka, 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt, 6 tbsp zonona zophika, 1 tsp kuwala kwa mpunga viniga, 3 zitsine zazikulu za nyanja yowawa. mchere kuchokera pamphero ndi 3 pinch zazikulu zosakaniza tsabola kuchokera ku mphero) mu mbale, sakanizani bwino ndi refrigerate mpaka mutakonzeka kutumikira.
Jacket mbatata:
- Tsukani mbatata, kuphika m'madzi amchere (supuni imodzi yamchere) ndi turmeric (supuni imodzi) ndi caraway (supuni imodzi) kwa mphindi 1, khetsa ndi kupukuta.
Kutumikira:
- Tumikirani saladi ya matjes ndi mbatata ya jekete, iliyonse yokongoletsedwa ndi radish ndi nsonga ya basil.
