Zamasamba:
- 1 wobiriwira Zukini mwatsopano
- 1 woyera Zukini mwatsopano
- 300 g Bowa bulauni
- 3 tomato
- 3 Shaloti
- 2 Manja a adyo
- 2 tbsp Phwetekere phwetekere
- 2 tbsp Msuzi wa paprika
- 1 tbsp Madzi a uchi
- 2 tbsp Noilly Prat
- 3 tbsp Bianco balsamic viniga
- 1 tsp Mchere wothira
- 1 tsp Tsabola wa adyo
- 1 tsp Tsabola wa chitumbuwa
- 1 tsp Rosemary watsopano
- 1 tsp Zokometsera za oregano (zonunkhira zakutchire).
- Mafuta owonjezera a maolivi
Cheese polenta:
- 500 g Chimanga polenta
- 1,5 ml Msuzi wa masamba
- 200 g Beaufort
- 200 g Tchizi wofatsa wamapiri
- 200 g Tsabola wa chitumbuwa
- 200 g Mwatsopano grated nutmeg
- 200 g Tsabola wa adyo
- 200 g Mchere wothira
- Chives chodulidwa kumene

Zamasamba:
- Tsukani ndi kutsuka mitundu yonse ya zukini, dulani pakati ndi kudula mu zidutswa 1-2cm wandiweyani. Kuyeretsa ndi kotala bowa. Sambani ndi kotala tomato, chotsani phesi. Peel shallots ndi adyo, kotala shallots, kabati adyo. Sambani zitsamba, gwedezani zouma ndi pafupifupi kuwaza.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta a azitona ndikuwotcha bowa ndi shallots! Chotsani poto. Ndiye kuwotcha zukini ndi kuwonjezera phwetekere phala ndi paprika zamkati ndi sizzle mwachidule. Kenako onjezerani tomato ndi mphodza zonse. Kenaka yikani bowa, shallots ndi zitsamba kachiwiri ndi kabati adyo. Ndipo zilekeni!
Cheese polenta:
- Kutenthetsa masamba a masamba ndikuyambitsa polenta ndikuphika zonse kwa mphindi 10 ndikuyambitsa nthawi zina! Pewani tchizi ndikugwedeza mu polenta. Nyengo ndi tsabola, nutmeg, mchere wothira, tsabola wa adyo ndikuyenga ndi chives!

- Sakanizani masamba ndi uchi, Noilly Brat, viniga wosasa, mchere wothira, tsabola wa adyo, tsabola ndi nyengo!
- Tsopano perekani ndi nyama yomwe mukufuna kapena monga choncho! 🙂
