Kusakaniza masamba a curry:
- 500 g 1 mango
- 350 g Kolifulawa florets
- 200 g Broccoli maluwa
- 150 g Kaloti 4
- 100 g Nandolo zowuma
- 2 tbsp Mafuta a mpendadzuwa
- 400 ml Chitini 1 cha mkaka wa kokonati
- 400 ml Water
- 1 tbsp ufa wochepa wa curry
- 3 zinsinsi zazikulu tizitsine zazikulu za tsabola wachikuda kuchokera pamphero
- 3 zinsinsi zazikulu mchere wambiri wa m'nyanja wochokera pamphero
- 1 tbsp Msuzi wokoma wa soya
- 1 tbsp Tapioca wowuma

Kusakaniza masamba a curry:
- Pendani mango, chotsani zamkati pachimake ndi dayisi (pafupifupi 5 - 2 cm). Sungunulani kolifulawa ndi broccoli ndikudula florets ang'onoang'ono. Pendani gulu la kaloti ndi peeler, pani 2 mu 1 tsamba lokongoletsa ndi masamba a duwa scraper / peeler ndikudula magawo okongoletsa a maluwa a karoti (pafupifupi 3 - 4 mm wokhuthala) ndi mpeni.
