Masitepe okonzekera
- Zilowerereni bowa wouma mu 100 ml ya madzi ofunda kwa mphindi 15. Kuyeretsa ndi kuwaza otsala bowa. Peel ndi finely kudula shallot ndi adyo. Kuwotcha chestnuts yophikidwa kale mu poto yopanda mafuta kumbali zonse. Kutenthetsa nkhuku msuzi.
- Chotsani bowa m'madzi ndikufinya, kenaka mudule tiziduswa tating'ono. Thirani madzi a bowa kudzera musefa wa tiyi ndikusonkhanitsa.
Kukonzekera
- Kutenthetsa mafuta a azitona pang'onopang'ono ndipo mulole shallots aziwombera pang'ono. Kenako onjezerani kutentha, yikani bowa mwatsopano ndikugwedeza mpaka madziwo atasungunuka. Tsopano onjezerani adyo ndi oat flakes ndikugwedeza pang'ono, kenaka yikani ndi nkhuku.
- Onjezani madzi akukha a bowa, bowa wodulidwa ndi ma chestnuts ndikubweretsa kwa chithupsa kamodzi. (Chotsani chithovu chilichonse chomwe chikukwera), kenaka yikani chidutswa cha khungwa la Parmesan, ikani chivindikiro ndikuphika pamoto wochepa kwa mphindi 20.
- Kenaka perekani mtanda wa Parmesan, puree pafupifupi 1/3 ya supu finely (imathandizira msuzi kuti ukhale wokhuthala pang'ono !!) Sakanizani msuzi ndi "autumn season spice" ndi mchere molingana ndi Guto ndipo mulole kuti ukhale wotsetsereka kwa mphindi 10.
- Ikani msuzi womalizidwa m'mbale ya supu, ikani Parmesan wongodulidwa kumene pamwamba ndipo tsopano ..... sangalalani ndi chakudya chanu .....
