- Ikani Zakudyazi za Mie m'madzi otentha kwa mphindi 10 ndikukhetsa. Sambani ndi kutsuka khosi la nkhumba, pukutani ndi pepala la khitchini, dulani mizere ndi marinate ndi msuzi wotsekemera wa soya (6 tbsp), msuzi wa soya (6 tbsp) ndi vinyo wa mpunga (2 tbsp) pafupifupi. 4-5 maola.
