- 250 ml Mkaka
- 2 tbsp shuga
- 50 g nougat
- 50 g Zakudya zonona
- 2 tbsp Wowuma chakudya
- 1 tbsp Cocoa ufa
Balsamic yamatcheri
- 100 g Achisanu wowawasa yamatcheri
- 1 tbsp Shuga wofiirira
- 50 ml Vinyo wofiira wouma wapakati
- 3 tbsp Madzi a Cherry
- 5 g Ice ozizira batala
- 1 tbsp Viniga wosasa

- Kuwotcha mtedza popanda mafuta mu poto wokutira ndi kuika pambali.
- Kutenthetsa mkaka ndi shuga. Sungunulani nougat mmenemo. Sakanizani cornstarch ndi cocoa ufa ndi zonona mpaka yosalala. Bweretsani mkaka wa nougat kwa chithupsa pamene mukuyambitsa chimanga chosakanikirana. Bweretsani kwa chithupsa mwachidule ndikuchotsa mu chitofu.
