- 1 mungathe Nyemba zoyera, 425 ml
- 8 tbsp Mafuta a azitona
- 200 g Egerlinge

- Dulani nyama ya ng'ombe goulash, senda anyezi ndi adyo, yeretsani kapena senda tsabola ndi kaloti, sambani ndikudulanso kapena kudula mu timitengo.
- Tsukani tsabola, dulani motalika ndikuchotsa mbeu bwinobwino. Kenako sambani poto ndikudula mu zidutswa zabwino.
- Tsopano tenthetsani supuni 3 za mafuta a azitona mu poto yaikulu, chowotcha kapena poto lalikulu. Fryani goulash ya ng'ombe mwamphamvu mmenemo, chotsani ndi mwachangu ng'ombe yapansi mwamphamvu mu mafuta otentha otentha.
