- Kuphika pasitala molingana ndi malangizo pa paketi. Pakati pa nthawi yophika, onjezerani broccoli ndikuphika.
- Sakanizani minced nyama, dzira, breadcrumbs, mchere, coriander, tsabola ndi chitowe.
- Wiritsani mphodza m'madzi otentha kwa mphindi 8 mpaka al dente.
- Mu poto yokhala ndi mafuta pang'ono, mwachangu mince mu zidutswa za mtedza. Onjezerani mphodza ku zidutswa zodulidwa
- Thirani pasitala ndi broccoli, sonkhanitsani 100ml ya madzi a pasitala.
- Onjezani madzi a pasitala pazidutswa zodulidwa, yambitsani feta cheese, onjezerani zokometsera ngati kuli kofunikira ndikutumikira.
