Sakanizani parsley, walnuts, amondi, adyo, Parmesan, masamba a fennel ndi mafuta ndi blender. Nyengo ndi mchere ndi tsabola. Thirani parsley, amondi ndi mtedza pesto mu galasi, kutseka ndi kusunga mufiriji.
- Chepetsani mababu a fennel, dulani phesi ngati mphesa. Dulani magawo a fennel woonda kwambiri. Kutenthetsa 1-2 supuni ya mafuta a rapeseed mu poto ndi mwachangu fennel mmenemo mpaka mopepuka.
