Chokoleti Choyera Kolifulawa Mouse:
- 1 PC. Kolifulawa mwatsopano
- 250 g Chokoleti choyera
- 600 ml Cream
- Salt

Makutu a nkhumba:
- Sambani mwatsopano puff pastry ndi madzi ndiyeno kuwaza ndi shuga. Pereka pamodzi kuchokera mbali zonse. Ndiye yokulungira kachiwiri mu shuga. Dulani mu magawo ndikuyika pa pepala lophika. Kuphika pa madigiri 180 kwa pafupifupi mphindi 10.
Pomegranate sorbet:
- Wiritsani madzi ndi shuga ndipo mulole kuti aphike kwa mphindi zisanu. Pakadali pano, dulani makangaza pakati ndikuwafinya ngati zipatso za citrus. Thirani madzi omwe amapezeka motere kudzera mu sieve yabwino ndikuyesa 1/2 l yake. Finyani ndimu ndi kutsanulira madzi kupyolera sieve kwa makangaza madzi. Sakanizani ndi madzi a grenadine.
- Tsopano onjezerani madzi otentha a shuga kusakaniza madzi ndi nyengo ndi shuga kapena mandimu, malinga ndi zomwe mumakonda. Thirani kusakaniza mu ayisikilimu maker.
Chokoleti Choyera Kolifulawa Mouse:
- Kuyeretsa ndi nthunzi kolifulawa, ndiye mulole izo kuziziritsa ndi puree. Pewani puree kudzera mu sieve.
- Sungunulani chokoleticho mu boiler iwiri ndikukwapula zonona mpaka zolimba. Thirani zonona mu kolifulawa puree, ndiye pang'onopang'ono pindani mu chokoleti.
