- Thirani gawo la veal ndi masamba a supu, onjezani phala la phwetekere ndi mwachangu zonse bwino, kenaka tsitsani ndi vinyo wofiira pang'ono, zonse zikangosungunuka, onjezerani vinyo wofiira ndikubwerezanso izi 2 mpaka zonse zitasungunuka. Kenako kuphimba ndi madzi ndi simmer pang'onopang'ono mpaka nyama kusweka bwino (pafupifupi 4 hours - yaitali bwino). Kenako sungani jus ndikudikirira mpaka msuzi ukhale wabwino komanso wakuda. Ngati jus yophikidwa bwino, palibe zokometsera kapena zomangira.
- Sakanizani fillet ya veal ndi mchere ndi tsabola kumbali zonse, ndikukulunga mwamphamvu muzojambulazo ndikuzikulunganso ndi zojambulazo za aluminium.
