- Mafuta mbale yophika ndikutsanulira mu masamba, capers ndi rosemary
- Preheat uvuni ku 180 °
- Sambani fillet ya nkhumba, pukutani ndi parry ...... mchere ndi tsabola
- Tsukani tchire, gwedezani ndi kuwaza ..... sakanizani ndi mpiru, batala, zinyenyeswazi, dzira ndi yolk ya dzira.
- Gawani kusakaniza mofanana pa fillet
- Ikani fillet pa bedi la masamba ndikutsanulira mu katundu
- ikani poto pa njanji yapakati mu uvuni ... kuphika fillet kwa pafupifupi 25 - 30 mphindi
