Saladi ya Mbatata ndi Trout Yosuta ndi Capers
Saladi yabwino ya mbatata yokhala ndi trout yosuta ndi capers Chinsinsi ndi chithunzi ndi malangizo osavuta pang'onopang'ono.
- 300 g Jacket mbatata, zidutswa
- 100 g nsomba za trout fillet
- 50 ml saladi majonaise
- 50 ml Yogurt, 1.5% mafuta
- 50 g apulo
- Supuni 1 ya tsabola, wothira
- 1 Tufts Cress (munda wamaluwa)
- 1 tsinde Spring anyezi mwatsopano
- 10 g ginger wodula bwino lomwe
- 10 chidutswa Mulu wa mphesa zofiira mwatsopano
- 1 laimu (jusi)
- 1 pinch Mill tsabola, zokongola
- 1 pinch Mill mchere
Kukonzekera:
- Konzani saladi majonaise poyamba ngati mukudzipangira nokha. Kenako phikani kale mbatata ngati mbatata ya jekete ndikuzipukuta. Dulani mbatata, apulo, anyezi ndi ginger mu zidutswa zing'onozing'ono, musadule cress. Finyani madzi a mandimu. Dulani nsomba ya trout mu zidutswa zazikulu.
Saladi:
- Mix the potatoes with the apple pieces, a few slices of ginger, the capers and the smoked fish and stir in the salad mayonnaise. Add a little yoghurt and don’t forget to season. Cover and decorate with cress, onion, ginger, grapes and a little lime. Don’t forget a little more pepper and salt from the mill.
