Ragù Bolognese ndi Tagliatelle
Ragù bolognese yabwino yokhala ndi tagliatelle Chinsinsi chokhala ndi chithunzi komanso malangizo osavuta atsatane-tsatane.

- 2 tbsp phala la tomato
- 1 tbsp viniga
- Supuni 1 Shuga
- Parmesan watsopano wothira
- Pogaya ng'ombe ndi nyama yankhumba. Peel ndi kudula bwino kaloti, udzu winawake ndi anyezi.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta a azitona mu poto, mwachangu nyama ya minced ndi nyama yankhumba, chotsani. Ndiye kuwotcha udzu winawake, anyezi ndi karoti mmenemo, kenaka yikani minced nyama kachiwiri ndi deglaze ndi vinyo, akuyambitsa bwino. Pamene vinyo wasanduka nthunzi kuwonjezera tomato ndi katundu ndi kusonkhezera bwino! Tsopano simmer zonse modekha kwa maola 2-3! Kutalikirako kumakhala bwino!
