Kwa mabulosi ofiira a ayisikilimu:
- 300 g Zipatso zosungunuka
- 100 ml Chitsamba
- 50 g Creme fraiche Tchizi
- 50 g Ufa wambiri
- Madzi a mandimu
Kwa tonka nyemba sabayon:
- 5 PC. Dzira yolk
- 1 PC. Vanilla pod + zamkati
- 1 Pr Grated tonka nyemba
- 2 cl Calvados
- 50 g shuga
- 100 ml Vinyo yoyera
Kwa compote ya citrus:
- 2 PC. Mawang'anga
- 1 PC. Manyumwa okoma
- 3 tbsp shuga
- 10 ml Madzi atsopano a mandimu
- 100 ml Madzi alalanje atsopano
- 1 PC. Star anise
- 2 PC. Cinnamon maluwa
malangizo
ayezi:
- Gwiritsani ntchito blender kuti muyeretse zipatso zozizira ndi creme fraiche, buttermilk, shuga wa ufa ndi madzi a mandimu.
- Ikani ayisikilimu mufiriji kwa mphindi zosachepera 20 mpaka mutumikire.
Sabayon:
- Dulani vanila m'litali ndikuchotsa zamkati.
- Mu mbale yachitsulo pamwamba pa madzi osamba, whisk dzira yolks ndi vanila zamkati, tonka nyemba, shuga, calvados ndi vinyo woyera ndi whisk mpaka wandiweyani ndi okoma.
Compote:
- Peel malalanje ndi manyumwa, dulani zikopa za zikopa zolekanitsa. Caramelize shuga mu saucepan, deglaze ndi lalanje ndi mandimu.
