- 6 dl Kirimu 30% mafuta
- 3 tbsp Shuga bwino
- 2 PC. Timatumba tating'ono ta safironi
- 2 PC. Mapepala a gelatin adatsegulidwa
Sauce:
- 1 PC. Mango akucha
- 0,5 PC. Malalanje osasamalidwa madzi ndi seti
- 2 PC. Kucha chilakolako zipatso
- 0,5 Bd Peppermint masamba 6-7
- 1 PC. Masamba a shuga a vanila

Konzani panna cotta:
- Bweretsani zonona ndi shuga kwa chithupsa, kuchepetsa kutentha. Chepetsani pafupifupi 5 dl pamoto wochepa, oyambitsa nthawi zina (zimatenga pafupifupi mphindi 5-8), chotsani poto pamoto, sakanizani safironi, yambitsani gelatin.
- Thirani kusakaniza kupyolera mu sieve mu beaker yoyezera ndikudzaza zisankho. Phimbani ndi kuzizira kwa pafupifupi. 5 maola.
Konzani salsa:
- Peel mango, chotsani zamkati pamwala, puree ndi madzi a lalanje. Chepetsani chipatso cha chilakolako, chotsani zamkati ndikuwonjezera. Mitu 4 yokongola ya peppermint ikani pambali, kuwaza ena onse ndikuwonjezera, sakanizani zonse pamodzi.
Konzekerani kutumikira
- Ikani pa mbale kapena mbale. Chotsani panna cotta kuchokera ku nkhungu, ikani pamwamba, zokongoletsa ndi lalanje, mitu ya peppermint ndi nthanga za makangaza. Tsopano mutha kusangalala ndi mcherewu.
