- 1 PC. Tsabola wodulidwa mwatsopano m'mizere.
- 5 tbsp Wokazinga walnuts ndi pafupifupi akanadulidwa
- Mafuta owonjezera a maolivi
- 6 tbsp Mwatsopano grated pecorino tchizi

Kuphika pasta:
- Bweretsani 2-3 malita a madzi kwa chithupsa, onjezerani mchere. Ikawira onjezerani pasitala ndikuphika molingana ndi phukusi. Ndatenga ma IUD, koma zilibe kanthu kuti ndi mtundu wanji. Akaphika, kupsyinjika, kuika pafupifupi. 2 dl madzi ophika pambali, sakanizani pasitala ndi mafuta a azitona * ndikutentha.
Kuphika savoy kabichi:
- Pakalipano, tenthetsani MAFUTA **, sungani anyezi ndi adyo mmenemo, onjezerani savoy kabichi ndikuwombera nawo. Onjezani turmeric, ginger, chilli, mchere ndi tsabola ndipo pitirizani kutentha pang'ono, onjezerani mtanda ndi madzi ophika, kuphimba ndi kuphika mpaka al dente. Chenjezo ndi mchere Madzi ophika amathiridwanso mchere. Pewani mtedza mu poto yaing'ono yokazinga popanda mafuta.
Kutumiza:
- Tsopano onjezerani pasitala, savoy kabichi ndi mtedza pamodzi, kuthira mafuta pang'ono a azitona, kuwaza ndi tchizi (siziyenera kukhala pecorino, zingakhalenso Parmesan), ngati mukufuna mukhoza kuwazanso ndi parsley.
