Tomato ndi chive quark:
- 250 g Low mafuta quark
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,25 tsp Tsabola
- 2 Manja a adyo
- 2 Tomato wa mpesa pafupifupi. 100 g
- 1 gulu Chives (pano: kuchokera kumunda wathu womwe!)
Kutumikirapo:
- 6 Mapesi a chives kuti azikongoletsa

Tomato ndi chive quark:
- Sambani tomato ndikudula bwino. Peel adyo cloves ndi kuwadula iwo finely kwambiri. Sambani chives, gwedezani zouma ndi kudula mu mipukutu yabwino. Sakanizani quark yamafuta ochepa ndi ma cubes a phwetekere, adyo clove cubes ndi chives. Nyengo ndi mchere (½ supuni) ndi tsabola (¼ supuni) / nyengo kulawa.
