- Peel ndi finely kuwaza anyezi, adyo ndi ginger. Chepetsa tsabola, chotsani pakati ndikudulanso tiziduswa tating'ono. Dulani kaloti mu magawo, kapena popanda khungu, monga momwe mukufunira.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta mumphika waukulu. Thirani anyezi, adyo, ginger ndi chilli mmenemo kwa mphindi ziwiri. Onjezani shuga ndi curry ufa ndi mwachangu mwachidule. Kenaka yikani magawo a karoti, nandolo, mphodza ndi nyemba.
- Thirani masamba a masamba ndi mkaka wa kokonati. Zamasamba ziyenera kuphimbidwa ndi madzi (onjezani masamba ang'onoang'ono ngati kuli kofunikira).
