- 8 tbsp Ufa wambiri
- 1 tbsp Madzi a mandimu
- 360 g Yogurt
- Chingwe cha Xanthan
- 200 g Cream
Msuzi wa Raspberry Beetroot:
- 150 g Ma rasipiberi
- 50 g Kupanikizana rasipiberi
- 1 tbsp Vinyo wosakaniza ndi rasipiberi
- 1 onaninso Salt
- 50 ml Msuzi wa beetroot
Mango puree:
- 1 PC. wamango
- 2 tbsp Ufa wambiri
- 1 tsp Chingwe cha Xanthan
Zakudya za Caramel:
- 100 g shuga
- 2 tbsp Water

- Raspberry chokoleti
- Raspberry brandy
- Zigawo za mango
