Oatbread – Gluten-free
The perfect oatbread – gluten-free recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
freshly grind or grind:
- 125 g Sunflower seeds
- 60 g Nuts (hazelnut, almond, walnut, cashew)
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 50 g Millet flakes
- 90 g Linseed
- 4 tbsp Psyllium shells
- 2 tsp Coarse sea salt
mix with:
- 400 ml Water, warm
- 0,5 tbsp Maple syrup
- Mix all ingredients with the spoon or knead with your hands.
- Let rest for 30 minutes. Shape into a roll on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 3rd baking time: 1 hour at 180 degrees convection (turn the bread after half the baking time)
