Oatbread – Gluten-free

The perfect oatbread – gluten-free recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

freshly grind or grind:

  • 125 g Sunflower seeds
  • 60 g Nuts (hazelnut, almond, walnut, cashew)
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 50 g Millet flakes
  • 90 g Linseed
  • 4 tbsp Psyllium shells
  • 2 tsp Coarse sea salt

mix with:

  • 400 ml Water, warm
  • 0,5 tbsp Maple syrup
  1. Mix all ingredients with the spoon or knead with your hands.
  2. Let rest for 30 minutes. Shape into a roll on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. 3rd baking time: 1 hour at 180 degrees convection (turn the bread after half the baking time)
