Oatmeal Biscuits with Nuts and Coconut Blossom Sugar (high Protein)

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Coconut oil
  • 180 g Coconut blossom sugar
  • 8 g Stevia
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 75 g Spelt flour
  • 60 g Egg white powder vanilla or natural for baking
  • 250 g Oatmeal
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 50 g Hooked walnuts
  • 50 g Chopped almonds

Instructions
 

  • Warm the coconut oil slightly (it is easier to process this way) and pour it into a bowl. Add eggs, coconut blossom sugar and stevia and mix well with the mixer.
  • Mix the spelled flour with the egg white powder, the oat flakes, the baking powder and the nuts and only then add to the bowl.
  • Mix everything well with the hand mixer and then place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Then shape the dough into small balls and press them into thalers with a spoon. Baking time: top and bottom heat - 160 degrees - for approx. 9-10 minutes.
