Ingredients
- 100 g Camenbert
- 100 g Limburg double cream cheese
- 75 g Butter
- 100 g Curd cheese 20%
- 1 Diced onion
- 0,5 teaspoon Rose peppers
- 0,5 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 0,5 teaspoon Caraway seed
- Salt pepper
- Onion rings
- Radish
Instructions
- Cut the camembert and Limburger into cubes, place in a bowl with the butter and qaurk and mash well with a fork. Add onion cubes and spices and season to taste. Let it flow.
- Add onion rings and radishes to serve. We prefer to have a lukewarm pretzel with it ...
