Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 omelette each
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 3 tablespoon Milk
- 1 piece Garlic clove chopped
- 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
- 1 piece Smoked trout fillet without bones
- 1 piece Vine tomato
- 2 Discs Cheese (any)
- Seasoned Salt
- 1 piece Chili pepper finely chopped
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 1 Tablespoon (level) Butter
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs with the milk in a container. Season with herbal salt to taste and the herbs.
- Heat the butter in a coated pan. Fry the chilli and garlic in it a little. Pour in the eggs and stir to make an omelette while jerking the pan.
- Now place the trout fillet on one side of the omelette. On top of the tomato slices sprinkled with a little herb salt and the cheese. Sprinkle this with a little cayenne.
- Fold the other side of the omelette over and let everything rest with post-heat for 5-8 minutes. The cheese then melted.
- Now put the omelette on a plate and serve with any raw vegetables or salad. Good Appetite.
