Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 omelette each

  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 piece Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
  • 1 piece Smoked trout fillet without bones
  • 1 piece Vine tomato
  • 2 Discs Cheese (any)
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 1 piece Chili pepper finely chopped
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Butter

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs with the milk in a container. Season with herbal salt to taste and the herbs.
  • Heat the butter in a coated pan. Fry the chilli and garlic in it a little. Pour in the eggs and stir to make an omelette while jerking the pan.
  • Now place the trout fillet on one side of the omelette. On top of the tomato slices sprinkled with a little herb salt and the cheese. Sprinkle this with a little cayenne.
  • Fold the other side of the omelette over and let everything rest with post-heat for 5-8 minutes. The cheese then melted.
  • Now put the omelette on a plate and serve with any raw vegetables or salad. Good Appetite.

epilogue

  • Since I fry each omelette in a separate pan and also add the ingredients, e.g. To prepare eggs in two vessels, I have written the ingredients for an omelette each.
