Ingredients
For the crepes
- 175 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 400 ml Milk
- Salt
- Oil for baking
For the filling
- 1 Vanilla pod scraped out
- 450 g Quark
- 3 tbsp Honey liquid
- 4 Egg yolk
- 75 g Cereal
- 100 g Blueberries
Instructions
- Mix the flour, eggs, milk, honey and salt together. Bake 12 thin crepes in oil. Scrape out the vanilla stick. Mix the quark, honey, vanilla pulp and egg yolks together. Fold in the muesli and blueberries. Spread the filling on the crepes and fold them into "packages". Bake in a greased pan covered with aluminum foil for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees fan-assisted. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
