Oven gyros
- 600 g Seasoned gyros
- 250 g White mushrooms
- 1 Red peppers
- 200 g Sour cream
- 1 Glass Gypsy sauce
- 150 ml Cooking cream
- Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees with top / bottom heat. Put the seasoned gyros in a bowl. Clean the mushrooms in quarters and add, core the paprika, cut into large pieces and also add. Mix everything together and put in a roaster (oven master).
- For the sauce, add the * sour cream - made easy, the gypsy sauce and cooking cream in another bowl. Mix these together and put them in the roaster (oven master) and mix everything again.
- Close the whole thing with a lid and put it in the preheated oven and cook / stew for about 70 minutes. After this time, season the whole thing again, season if necessary and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. I served that with ribbon noodles.
