  • 500 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 350 ml Lukewarm water
  • 25 g Fresh yeast (or 1 packet of dry yeast)
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Mix the flour with salt and sugar, add the water-yeast mixture and knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer (or food processor) to form a smooth dough.
  • Put the dough in a bowl with a lid (or a saucepan with a matching lid) and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The next day, preheat the oven to 220 ° degrees (top / bottom heat). Shape the dough into 8-10 rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes and let cool down briefly
