Ingredients
- Dough:
- 275 g Flour
- 130 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- Sauce:
- 1 can Peeled canned tomatoes
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Covering:
- E.G. pepper salami
- 1 handful Basil leaves
- 1 Mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese, baked with it or before serving, spread over it
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients for the dough together and process into a smooth dough.
- Finely puree the ingredients for the sauce.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Spread the olive oil on the bottom of the pan.
- Knead the dough and roll it out so large that it covers the bottom of the pan plus 1.5 to 2 cm edge.
- Pour the batter into the pan. Cr. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the bottom is firm and lightly browned.
- During this process, spread the sauce over the pizza base. Place salami slices on top, roughly chop the basil and pour over. Pick the mozzarella and spread it on top.
- Put the pre-baked pizza in the oven under the grill and bake it golden yellow.
- Oh yes ... if you want there is of course Parmesan cheese on top
