Ingredients
- 400 g 2 swivel steaks, seasoned, 200 g each
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 grill pan
- 560 g 2 sugar corn cobs 280 g
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Powerful pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 piece Whole-Grain bread rolls
- 3 piece Different grill sauce *)
- 2 piece Radishes for garnish
Instructions
- Fry the swivel steaks in a grill pan with sunflower oil (1 tbsp) on both sides until golden-brown, remove and keep warm in the oven at 50 ° C until serving. Fry the corn cobs in a second pan with sunflower oil (1 tbsp) and butter (1 tbsp) on all sides. Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 strong pries), remove and cut into 4 parts.
