- 3 Eggs
- 0,25 L Milk
- 0,25 L Natural carbonated mineral water
- Salt
- 250 g Flour
- Butter for frying
- 2 medium Onions
- 4 medium Tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 100 g Grated cheese
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, mineral water and salt, sift the flour over it and stir until smooth with a whisk, leave to rest for 30 - 60 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel and slice or grate the onions, cut tomatoes into slices.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions until golden. Sauté the tomatoes for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Heat the fat in a pan and bake 2-3 pancakes on both sides.
- Spread the pancakes on plates, spread the tomato and onion mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese.
