Ingredients
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 tbsp Gluten free flour
- 0,5 tsp Brown sugar
- Some slices of apple
- Coconut oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the egg with flour and sugar well and put it in a hot pan, put the apple slices on top, wait until the batter is well baked at the bottom, then turn the pancake and finish baking.
