Ingredients
 

  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 tbsp Gluten free flour
  • 0,5 tsp Brown sugar
  • Some slices of apple
  • Coconut oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix the egg with flour and sugar well and put it in a hot pan, put the apple slices on top, wait until the batter is well baked at the bottom, then turn the pancake and finish baking.
