Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 350 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 shot Maple syrup
- 100 g Blueberries
- 50 g Walnuts
- 1 pinch Ground vanilla pod
Instructions
- Separate the eggs for the pancakes. Mix flour, baking powder, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with milk until a creamy mixture is formed. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
- Add the butter to the pan and fry until golden brown for 2-3 minutes on each side over a medium to high heat.
- Drape hot pancakes with maple syrup, blueberries and walnuts, and finally top with a little ground vanilla (dried).
