Papaya and Banana Mousse

Ingredients
 

To garnish:

  • 1 Banana
  • 150 g Yogurt, natural, ice cold
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar, fine, white
  • 1 tbsp Honey, bright
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch Macis
  • Papaya pieces
  • Paprika powder, mild
  • Sesame seeds, white
  • Almonds, white, roasted
  • Flowers and leaves

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel and halve the papaya lengthways, remove the grains and cut into pieces. Keep a number of pieces for garnish, put the rest in a blender with the peeled banana and the remaining ingredients and coarsely puree for 20 seconds at the lowest speed. Fill into 2 serving bowls, garnish, serve cold and enjoy.
