Papaya and Banana Mousse
The perfect papaya and banana mousse recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
To garnish:
- 1 Banana
- 150 g Yogurt, natural, ice cold
- 2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar, fine, white
- 1 tbsp Honey, bright
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 pinch Macis
- Papaya pieces
- Paprika powder, mild
- Sesame seeds, white
- Almonds, white, roasted
- Flowers and leaves
- Wash, peel and halve the papaya lengthways, remove the grains and cut into pieces. Keep a number of pieces for garnish, put the rest in a blender with the peeled banana and the remaining ingredients and coarsely puree for 20 seconds at the lowest speed. Fill into 2 serving bowls, garnish, serve cold and enjoy.
